GENERAL MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

All members shall abide by the following to ensure the continued enjoyment of the facilities of the Summit Recreation and Social Club, Inc. This is a co-op, and all members are owners and liable for the livelihood and success of The Club.

1. Current active members may be accompanied by guests. A guest is any member of another household of non-members. Members and guests must sign in when they enter.
    
2. Members are responsible for guests and their actions. GUESTS MAY NOT BE AT THE POOL WITHOUT AN ACTIVE MEMBER PRESENT.
    
3. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. The Club is not responsible for providing lifeguards, but we like the additional peace of mind.
    
4. The age limit to be at the pool alone is 14 years old. This means that your 14-year-old can be at the pool and swim alone. If a member is under 14, a person must accompany him who is 17 years old or older.

   1. Your 14- to 17-year-old can be at the pool without their parent, BUT ONLY with a Lifeguard present.

   2. The 14- to 17-year-old may not have any guest(s)

5. Permission to hold events must be approved by the Board, and proof of appropriate insurance must be presented with the application.
    
6. Please be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
    
7. Pets are not allowed.
    
8. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL PERIMETER.
    
9. Report any problems to the Pool Board immediately.
